【Negative inventory management】
Due to non-standardization of daily accounting, the inventory record of accounting does not match with the real inventory in stock. In order not to delay the business transaction, the system will still allow handling stock-out transaction though the inventory record of accounting has not adjusted.
【Transformation】
With the transformation function, one inventory can be assembled by one or more other inventories.
【Service item management】
Service item is an intangible, customized product provided by the enterprise. This system allows a service item as an inventory for purchases, sales and return, but it does not have to undergo complex cost closing and transfer. It will base on the quantity, unit price and amount of the purchases or sales transactions to account for the cost of sales.
【Multiple payment management】
When payment of a purchase transaction is through multiple payment methods (e.g. partially paid by cash and partially paid by credit card), the multiple payments can be inputted with the amount and description orderly so as to handle multiple account payment in one transaction.
