Customers always have questions when meeting with them.  Their frequently asked questions (FAQs) can be categorized into general, security and technical aspects.

General Question

Q: What are the advantages of Online Accounting System over Traditional Accounting Software?

A:(1)The data backup will be performed in server side and this can minimize clients' workload.
   (2)The system can be upgraded remotely and this enhances the efficiency.
   (3)Using the service, the managers of the company know the financial status anytime, anywhere.
   (4)Using the service, the company does not require technical staff to maintain this service and hence lowers the     burden of the technical support.
   (5)We provide telephone support to answer clients' questions in using our service.
   (6)Using the service, staff in the company is working under the same database in anywhere.  Managers allow staff     to perform itthemselves with less supervision.

Q: How do I apply for your service?

A: Our service is on one-year contract with a monthly subscription fee.  We are able to provide continuous support and value-added service through subscription. Moreover, we can maintain a close and trust relation with customers under reasonable subscription fee.

Q: What are the service packages of the system?

A: We will provide our service price list (see attached).

Q: Do you have a trial version?

A: We provide a trial account for customers to test the system.  Moreover, you may request for an on-site     demonstration.

Q: How do I convert existing data to your system?

A: We provide import templates in Excel format such that clients can follow our templates to import their customer,     supplier, inventory and chart of accounts records to our system.

Q: Can I use this system for online tax return filing?

A: We are considering the feasibility of providing online tax return filing service.  Hopefully, we will provide a one-stop- shop online accounting and tax return filing service.

Data Security Question

Q: How do you protect our data?

1. Data flow security - protection from outsiders
    Our system is protected by Verisign SSL certificate which performs data encryption for the data transmission between client side and server side. In case someone interferes with the data transmission, he will see data garbage only.
2. Authorization - protection from insiders
    An individual user has individual authorization in the system so that the system can record and trace the transactions  performed by each user.
3. Data center security - protection from service interruption
    Our servers are colocated in professional data center which is under 24x7 surveillance and monitoring. In fact, data stored in the data center is safer and more reliable than in the office.
4. Data storage security - protection from data loss
    We perform backup for customer data everyday during midnight. Moreover, clients can export the report themselves and store in their own computers.
5. Network security - firewall protection
    Our servers are protected by firewall which guards against abnormal connection from Internet.

Technical Question

Q: What are the hardware and software requirements of using the system?

    (3)Windows 2000 or higher
    (4)PIII 400MHz or higher
    (5)512MB RAM or higher

Q: Can I import data of other accounting software?

A: Customer, supplier, inventory and chart of accounts items can be imported to our system through the templates we provided.  For other data, we will consider the feasibility of importing and provide the function in future.

Q: Can the reports be exported?  Does the data exported support Microsoft's format?

A: You can select to view different reports and export to Microsoft Excel format so that you can save in your computer.

Q: What kind of reports does the system provide?

A: We provide a number of financial reports and customer and supplier analysis reports.  Clients can also give us their report formats so that we can consider customization of those reports.  Moreover, we are welcomed for discussion if clients have new function customization request.
